Convention & Visitors Bureau Services
The North Platte/Lincoln County Convention & Visitors Bureau will provide for you, free of charge, complete convention registration assistance. Our services include:
- Assist with pre-convention direct mailings pertaining to North Platte as the convention site.
- Pre-typed name tags for all pre-registered delegates. Blank name tags for non pre-registered delegates.
- Convention Welcome Packets to include area attraction brochures, maps of the area, merchant discount coupons and any additional information pertaining to your convention.
- We will provide experienced convention registration personnel.
We will also assist in arranging any of the following services for your convention or meeting:
- Welcome reception featuring an official North Platte welcome from the Mayor, City Council Members, County Commissioners, Chamber of Commerce President or Tourism officials.
- Arrange for speakers to enhance your convention or meeting.
- Arrange spouse and youth programs for guests of convention attendees.
