The North Platte/Lincoln County Convention & Visitors Bureau will provide for you, free of charge, complete convention registration assistance.

Our services include:

Assist with pre-convention direct mailings pertaining to North Platte as the convention site.
Pre-typed name tags for all pre-registered delegates.
Blank name tags for non pre-registered delegates.
Convention Welcome Packets to include area attraction brochures, maps of the area, merchant discount coupons and any additional information pertaining to your convention.
We will provide experienced convention registration personnel.

We will also assist in arranging any of the following services for your convention or meeting:

Welcome reception featuring an official North Platte welcome from the Mayor, City Council Members, County Commissioners, Chamber of Commerce President or Tourism officials.
Arrange for speakers to enhance your convention or meeting.
Arrange spouse and youth programs for guests of convention attendees.
