North Platte Cody Park
1400 N. Jeffers

Cody Park is North Platte's largest park and features the Wild West Memorial at the entrance and Cody Park Railroad Museum, Flight For 9 Disc Golf Course and Horseshoe pits on the eastern edge. The Cody Park Softball complex features four lighted fields, and the newly resurfaced tennis area features eight courts. The Cody Park swimming pool is open Memorial Day through Labor Day, as are the concession stand and kids rides (limited openion prior to Memorial Day and after Labor Day). The wildlife includes peacocks, geese and ducks, donkeys, deer, elk, buffalo and llamas.
